These Terms of Service govern your access to and use of Claude IPTV subscriptions and services. By purchasing or using our service, you agree to these terms.
1. Service Description
Claude IPTV provides access to an IPTV subscription service that streams live television channels, movies, and series over the internet to compatible devices.
Service features, channel lineups, and content libraries may change over time. We continuously work to maintain and improve availability and quality.
2. Accounts & Activation
After purchase, your subscription credentials are delivered to the email address you provide at checkout, typically within 5–30 minutes.
You are responsible for keeping your credentials confidential and for all activity under your subscription.
Each subscription is limited to the number of simultaneous connections included in your plan.
3. Billing & Renewal
Subscriptions are billed upfront for the full term selected at checkout (e.g., 12 or 24 months).
Subscriptions do not auto-renew. We will contact you before expiry if you wish to renew.
Prices are listed in EUR and may be subject to applicable taxes depending on your region.
4. Acceptable Use
You may not resell, share, or redistribute your subscription credentials without a reseller agreement.
You may not use the service for unlawful purposes or in violation of the Acceptable Use Policy.
5. Refunds

6. Limitation of Liability
The service is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. To the maximum extent permitted by law, Claude IPTV is not liable for indirect or consequential damages arising from use of the service.
